Welcome to the world, SLAMY!

About a month ago I asked my followers on social media if there was a simple and convenient tool to organize thousands of sound clips, and perhaps quickly edit them. I got a few suggestions for the library manager, and of course everyone uses Audacity to make edits, but nothing felt quite right for my needs.
So today I’m sharing SLAMY with the world!
SLAMY is a super-simple sound effect library manager with a built-in mixer to make simple edits like trimming, fading, and layering multiple sounds together. It has the absolute minimum of features to satisfy these goals, and I couldn’t be happier using it myself. Perhaps, you’ll find use for it as well!
It’s a free and open source project, with the entire codebase available on Codeberg. I don’t have big plans for expanding its features, but I might do some changes based on my needs here and there. And if you think of a feature you need yourself, contributions are welcome!
SLAMY is made with Godot, and available for Linux, macOS, and Windows. At the time of writing, the macOS build is still pending some mandatory steps, but it should be up shortly.
Well, let me know what you think. Cheers!
PS. And if yellow is not your color, I’m really sorry!
